Yes! Many of our designs can be coordinated across your entire wedding. Matching pieces may include bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, toss bouquets, boutonnieres, wrist corsages, centerpieces, garlands, arch florals, sweetheart table arrangements and other wedding décor. If you need something that isn't listed, contact us about creating a custom matching piece.

Occasionally, a particular flower may become unavailable and need to be substituted with a similar option. We use inspiration photos as a guide rather than creating exact replicas of another florist's work. Your arrangement will be individually designed using available florals while capturing the overall look and feeling you're going for.

Processing times vary depending on the size and complexity of your order. Every floral arrangement is handmade, and larger wedding packages or custom orders may require additional production time. Your estimated processing time will be provided with your order. Please remember that processing time is separate from shipping time, so we strongly recommend ordering well before your wedding or event date.

Rush orders may be available depending on our current order volume, the size of your order and flower availability. Please contact us before placing a rush order with your event date and the items you need so we can confirm whether your timeline can be accommodated. Additional rush or expedited shipping fees may apply.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item has been damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item, the shipping box, and the packaging. We’ll review the damage and work with you on an appropriate replacement or exchange. Please do not discard the original packaging until your claim has been resolved.

Because our floral arrangements are handmade and many are created specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, color preference, or ordering the incorrect size or item. When you're ready to use them, gently fluff and reposition any flowers or greenery that may have shifted during storage or shipping.
